Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage inventory, including stock receiving, storage, and issuing
- Maintain accurate stock records and prepare reports
- Ensure timely ordering and replenishment of stock
- Supervise and guide store staff
- Ensure proper storage, safety, and cleanliness of the store
- Handle customer or internal department requests professionally
- Prevent stock loss, damage, or theft
- Coordinate with suppliers and management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
