Job Description:

Mayur Dynamic Tiles and Pavers is a growing tiles and concrete block manufacturing company. We are looking for a Store Incharge who can manage the store efficiently and also has basic knowledge of machine maintenance and spare parts related to our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper stock of raw materials, machinery spare parts, and maintenance items
• Handle store operations including material inward, outward, and inventory records
• Have working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

(hydraulic seals, pneumatic seals, O-rings, oil seals, hoses, etc.)

• Knowledge of nut bolts, fasteners, bearings, belts, oils, and greases
• Ensure minimum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions on time
• Issue materials to production and maintenance teams as per requirement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and systematic store layout
• Support the maintenance team during machine breakdowns by identifying required parts
• Coordinate with vendors for material availability, rates, and deliveries
• Conduct regular stock verification and prepare inventory reports

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Experience in store management in a manufacturing unit (tiles/blocks industry preferred)
• Basic to good knowledge of machine maintenance spare parts
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Inventory management and documentation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred)
• Good coordination, discipline, and responsibility

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma (preferred)
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial store
