We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our dynamic team at an established automotive dealership and distributor in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory, ensuring the availability of automotive parts, and supporting the operational efficiency of our dealership. As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, overseeing stock levels, and facilitating the smooth flow of goods within the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that inventory is organized and accessible.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming automotive parts and supplies, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and any discrepancies in the inventory system.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to orders.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in conducting regular stock audits and inventory counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems and procedures.
- Provide support to other departments by ensuring that parts are available for service and repair operations.
- Train and mentor junior staff in inventory management best practices and store operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

- Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
