**Project Location:** Daman Ganga NH-48 Project, Vapi

**Designation:** Store Keeper

**Experience Required:** 6–8 years (Construction Industry preferred)

**Qualification:** Graduate / Diploma in Civil / Material Management or equivalent

Job Summary:

The Store Keeper will be responsible for efficiently managing all construction materials, tools, and consumables at the project site. The role requires maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper material handling, and coordinating with the site team, vendors, and accounts department for smooth material flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Inspect materials received for quality and quantity as per purchase orders.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Issue materials to site staff against authorized requisitions only.
• Conduct periodic physical verification of stock and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and accounts for GRN (Goods Received Note) and material documentation.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise requisitions for replenishment in advance.
• Maintain a register of tools and equipment issued to workers or subcontractors.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area at all times.
• Assist in preparing material consumption and stock reports for management review.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of construction materials and inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting entries.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site engineers and vendors.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of ERP software (preferred).

Salary Range:

₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month (depending on experience and qualification)

Project Manager / Senior Engineer
