Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities

• Accept and process customer orders through Snoonu, Talabat, and other platforms
• Follow up with delivery drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and accurate delivery
• Prepare and package orders according to brand standards
• Maintain accurate stock levels and notify management when inventory is low
• Update inventory records on Excel and digital tracking systems
• Perform routine stock checks and maintain proper organization
• Assist in uploading and updating products on online platforms
• Respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally
• Keep workspace and stock areas clean, organized, and efficient
• Support basic product photography and content when required

Skills & Requirements

• Organized, reliable, and detail-focused
• Basic Excel skills (data entry, simple tracking)
• Comfortable using mobile apps and delivery platforms
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Languages:

• English required
• Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
