• Receive incoming materials and verify quality, quantity, and condition based on purchase order and delivery note
• Store materials in designated locations with proper label and care to ensure easy retrieval and safety
• Prepare and issue materials as per internal requests and production schedules
• Update inventory records accurately using the warehouse systems (WMS & ERP)
• Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately to the warehouse management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area according to safety and operational standards
• Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth warehouse workflow
• Follow and enforce safety protocols during handling, storage, and movement of materials
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills (reading and writing)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Strong leadership skills and experience in dealing with warehouse workers
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Good organizational, accuracy, and time management skills
