Store Keeper

• Receive incoming goods and verify them against purchase orders and invoices
• Inspect items for damage, quantity, and quality compliance
• Store materials in an organized and safe manner
• Record all stock movements (in/out) in inventory systems or logs
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct regular stock counts (daily, monthly, annual)
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate reordering when needed
• Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse
