Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store presentation.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including aisles, counters, and checkout areas.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic math and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge is a plus.
- Previous retail experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred (but not required).
- Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
