  • Urban Creek Minimart, located in Dubai, is a modern retail store dedicated to providing a wide selection of everyday essentials in a clean, accessible, and customer friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store presentation.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the store, including aisles, counters, and checkout areas.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic math and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge is a plus.
  • Previous retail experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred (but not required).
  • Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
