Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment.
  • Store items systematically and ensure proper identification and labeling.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and physical registers.
  • Issue materials against approved requests and maintain documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Track damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory.
  • Coordinate with procurement, projects, and logistics teams regarding material requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store.
  • Prepare inventory and stock movement reports for management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience handling electrical, automation, switchgear, control panel, or engineering materials is preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
