Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment.
- Store items systematically and ensure proper identification and labeling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and physical registers.
- Issue materials against approved requests and maintain documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Track damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement, projects, and logistics teams regarding material requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store.
- Prepare inventory and stock movement reports for management.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience handling electrical, automation, switchgear, control panel, or engineering materials is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
