Store Keeper - Civil

Experience: 5+ Years UAE Construction Experience
Industry: High-Rise Building Construction

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Storekeeper in the construction industry.
• Mandatory experience on high-rise tower projects in Dubai.
• Good knowledge of civil construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Proficient in inventory management, stock control, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Focus ERP systems is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Issue materials and tools to site teams as per approved requests.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Site Teams for material requirements.
• Ensure proper storage and safeguarding of all materials.
• Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
• Maintain all store-related documentation and records.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and accountability.
