Store Keeper - CIVIL/MEP

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Store Keeper with a strong background in MEP or Civil construction projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing site stores, handling construction materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations at project site
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials
• Maintain proper storage and material preservation
• Issue materials as per approved requests
• Maintain stock registers and inventory reports
• Coordinate with procurement and site engineers
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
• Ensure proper documentation (GRN, LPO, delivery notes)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Store Keeper in MEP or Civil projects
• Good knowledge of construction materials (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil materials)
• Familiar with inventory software / ERP systems
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email)
• Good communication skills

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of material coding and stock control systems
