The Store Keeper cum Purchase Executive is responsible for managing inventory, overseeing store operations, and handling procurement activities. This role ensures the timely purchase of materials, accurate stock maintenance, vendor coordination, and smooth flow of goods within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:Storekeeping Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain updated inventory records in software or manual registers.
  • Issue materials to departments based on authorized requisitions.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store.
  • Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.
  • Prepare GRNs (Goods Received Notes), issue slips, and stock reports.

Purchasing Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for materials and services.
  • Collect quotations, compare prices, and prepare cost-effective purchase proposals.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
  • Ensure materials purchased meet required quality and specifications.
  • Maintain updated vendor lists, pricing records, and purchase documentation.
  • Track pending orders and ensure timely supply.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve supply issues.
  • Coordinate with accounts for invoice processing and vendor payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
