Store Keeper/ Purchase Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Modular office furniture industry candidate is required only.
. To keep records and maintain all issue/receive of raw materials.
· Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
· Handling petty cash procurement.
· Transportation request from logistic dept. for delivery & material exit.
· Purchase order creation.
· Delivery follow up with supplier or vendor.
· Search new suppliers for procurement.
· Filing all purchase orders along with quotes for audit purpose.
· Negotiation with suppliers regarding delivery time, discount, payment terms, etc.
· Execute other tasks as assigned by management.
· Own vehicle is mandatory.
Accountability
Skills/Experience:
· Excellent MS Excel skills.
· Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in office furniture manufacturing companies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
