JD for Store & Logistics Assistant

A Store & Logistics Person manages inventory, warehousing, and shipments, handling receiving, storing, tracking stock, dispatching orders, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring smooth supply chain flow, requiring skills in organization, detail, computer use, and physical stamina for daily operations and audits.

Key Responsibilities

· Inventory Management: Receiving, inspecting, recording, organizing, storing, auditing stock, and maintaining accurate records.

· Logistics Operations: Planning & tracking shipments, managing dispatch, coordinating transport, processing paperwork, and resolving issues.

· Supplier/Customer Liaison: Communicating with suppliers for replenishment and with customers for delivery updates or issues.

· Warehouse Operations: Ensuring efficient space use, maintaining safety/security, and supervising warehouse staff (if applicable).

· Reporting: Generating reports, analysing data, and ensuring compliance with procedures.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification: Graduate or 10+2

· Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse, store, or logistics role.

· Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, familiarity with inventory software, MS Office (Excel).

· Soft Skills: Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

· Physical: Ability to lift and move stock, stamina for physical work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
