Store Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead the daily operations and performance of one of our outlets in Malaysia. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth store operations, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive both team and business growth. You’ll oversee everything from staff management and food quality to financial performance and customer satisfaction.

As a Store Manager, you’ll balance operational excellence with people leadership—coaching your team, monitoring store performance, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining profitability and supporting local marketing initiatives to keep the outlet thriving.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, and cash flow management.
• Deliver excellent customer service standards, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance in line with Malaysia’s regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate outlet staff to achieve peak performance.
• Manage store profitability by controlling COGS, labor costs, and wastage.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism, turning issues into opportunities.
• Maintain accurate reporting and administration for store performance tracking.
• Support and execute local marketing or promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience managing F&B outlets in Malaysia.
• Strong leadership and people development skills, with proven success in building effective teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysia’s food safety and hygiene standards.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Eligible to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
