Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our retail shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
  • Prepare and manage employee work schedules.
  • Address employee questions, disputes, and concerns professionally.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Oversee and account for all cash-handling and financial transactions.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, recording, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Motivate employees to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a management or retail supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with sound decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to join immediately and willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
