Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a medical store located in Dhamtari. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory control, billing, and customer management. The role requires a proactive individual capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while maintaining compliance with all medical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all operations of the medical store, including inventory management, billing, and customer service.
• Ensure proper stock levels are maintained and monitor expiry dates of medicines and other products.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of medicines and other medical supplies.
• Oversee daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and stock.
• Manage and guide store staff, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and efficient work practices.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations, licenses, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
• Generate and present periodic reports on sales, stock, and performance to management.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Pharmacy or relevant medical store management experience preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in managing a medical or pharmacy store.
• Knowledge of medicines, OTC products, and pharmaceutical billing software.
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: ₹22,000 per month
• Statutory benefits (PF/ESI) as applicable
