Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized styling and wardrobe advice to clients based on their body type, lifestyle, and preferences.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain a loyal customer base through consistent service and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, designers, and seasonal collections to make informed recommendations.
- Coordinate with the sales and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive presentation of collections.
- Assist in visual merchandising, window displays, and in-store events to enhance brand image.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all products, including fabrics, fits, and care instructions.
- Upsell and cross-sell merchandise to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Support clients with outfit selections for special occasions, photo shoots, or wardrobe overhauls.
- Maintain an organized client database with style profiles and purchase histories.
- Contribute to social media or marketing initiatives by sharing styling insights and participating in brand content when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Fashion Consultant, Personal Stylist, or in luxury retail.
- Excellent sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends and designers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build client loyalty.
- Proficiency in using digital styling tools or CRM software is a plus.
- Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
