Store Manager

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Cricket Wireless location.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop your sales team to meet and exceed store goals
• Drive sales performance through motivation, accountability, and hands-on leadership
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high store standards
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations
• Manage scheduling, training, and team development
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of retail management or wireless sales experience (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
