Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the inventory lifecycle, maintain accurate records and forecast demand for construction materials, including MEP materials.
  • Ensure efficient storage, organization and distribution of materials to site stores, including loading and offloading with safety protocols.
  • Manage MR, PR and GRN processes, generate reports, maintain data accuracy and follow up closely with the procurement team.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors for periodic stock counts.
  • Manage fixed assets efficiently and reconcile stocks with accounting records regularly.
  • Review inventory valuations to ensure accuracy.
  • Verify that materials meet the demanded quality, quantity and standards as per PO.
  • Lead and train store staff and conduct performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Education: Must have Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of UAE experience in main store and site store management within MEP & Construction companies.

  • Proficient in ERP systems (PACT)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong leadership
  • Analytical Skills
  • Communication skills
  • Have a valid UAE driving license.
