Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the inventory lifecycle, maintain accurate records and forecast demand for construction materials, including MEP materials.
- Ensure efficient storage, organization and distribution of materials to site stores, including loading and offloading with safety protocols.
- Manage MR, PR and GRN processes, generate reports, maintain data accuracy and follow up closely with the procurement team.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for periodic stock counts.
- Manage fixed assets efficiently and reconcile stocks with accounting records regularly.
- Review inventory valuations to ensure accuracy.
- Verify that materials meet the demanded quality, quantity and standards as per PO.
- Lead and train store staff and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Education: Must have Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of UAE experience in main store and site store management within MEP & Construction companies.

- Have a valid UAE driving license.
