Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
• Monitor product quality, inventory levels, and stock rotation.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to increase sales.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expense reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and FSSAI standards.
• Track and control wastage, pilferage, and maintain accurate records.
• understanding (billing, cash handling, budgeting).
