About the Opportunity

Due to the impending retirement of our current Store Manager, we are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join our Team in Yeppoon, ideally from a building product or hardware background to be our new Store Manager. This position reports to the Executive Director.

Key Deliverables of the position:

• Workplace Health and Safety compliance with legislation and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service to both retail and trade customers
• Day to day management of all aspects of the store
• Effective negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Contribute to the continual improvement of the company

• Strong and experienced leader
• Experience in managing a customer focused, successful retail/trade business
• Lead by example
• Knowledge of the retail environment and understanding industry trends
• High level of commitment to safety and to drive our safety culture change
• High level of quality customer satisfaction
• High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Class C Open Vehicle licence
