Role: Store Manager-Dark Store_Quick Commerce

Location: Moosapet & Nizampet, Hyderabad

Role Overview

Responsible for managing end-to-end operations of a dark store, ensuring smooth daily execution, manpower availability, and achievement of operational KPIs in a fast-paced quick commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dark store operations
• Handle pickers and supervisors (hiring, rostering, productivity)
• Ensure SOP adherence for picking, packing, and dispatch
• Drive KPIs: SLA, productivity, accuracy, cancellations
• Coordinate with last-mile and central operations
• Monitor performance and take immediate corrective actions
• Control costs and improve operational efficiency

Requirments

• 1+ years experience in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / E-commerce operations
• Must have worked in Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, or similar dark stores
• Experience handling ground teams and store-level KPIs
• Comfortable working in high-pressure operations
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
