As a Store Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day operations of your store. You’ll lead the team, drive sales, manage staffing, and make sure every customer gets that Scooter’s Amazing experience – every shift, every cup.

What you’ll do:

Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing barista team
Hiring, training, and setting clear expectations for success
Making sure drinks, service, and store standards are always on point
Creating smart schedules that balance team growth and business needs
Driving sales, managing labor and expenses, and hitting performance goals
Giving ongoing feedback and handling accountability with confidence
Owning store operations – from inventory and equipment to cash and safety
Reviewing daily, weekly, and quarterly results to keep things moving forward
Building a positive, high-energy culture where people want to show up

You’re a great fit if you:

Have 2+ years of leadership experience in retail or food service
Love leading people and building strong teams
Can balance big-picture strategy with daily execution
Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy
Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Take ownership and lead by example
