Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training and development to enhance team performance.
• Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Oversee cash handling, cashiering procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting responsibilities with precision.
• Develop effective merchandising plans and marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase sales.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
• Monitor sales performance using retail math principles and sales management techniques to achieve targets consistently.

Requirements

• Proven management experience in retail settings with supervising responsibilities; assistant manager experience is highly valued.
• Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting to build a high-performing team.
• Proficiency with POS systems, retail math, inventory management software, and cash handling procedures.
• Exceptional communication skills paired with organizational prowess to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated leadership in retail sales environments with experience in merchandising, stocking, pricing, and marketing strategies.
• Ability to handle shift management duties while maintaining focus on customer service excellence and store operations.

Pay: $13.00 - $22.00 per hour
