Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Hiring

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train store associates
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Provide ongoing coaching. feedback, and performance management

Scheduling & Operations

  • Create and manage employee schedules based on business needs
  • Ensure proper staffing coverage for peak times, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing store demands

Merchandising & Visual Standards

  • Execute and maintain brand-aligned merchandising throughout the store
  • Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked with all available styles and sizes
  • Replenish merchandise from the stockroom as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
  • Must be able to life 40lbs

Inventory & Stockroom Management

  • Process incoming shipments efficiently and accurately
  • Organize and maintain stockroom for easy access and inventory flow
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restock needs

Store Operations

  • Delegate and oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure all operational standards and policies are followed
  • Maintain cleanliness of the store, including dusting and general upkeep

Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with
  • customers to drive loyalty

Availability Requirements

  • Full-time availability
  • Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holiday as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
