Store Manager

• Good knowledge of Focus X ERP inventory and warehouse modules.
• Maintain stock entries, material receipts, and issue vouchers in the system.
• Monitor inventory levels and generate stock reports.
• Control GRN, LPO, delivery notes, and transfer entries.
• Track material movement between warehouse and project sites.
• Perform stock reconciliation and physical inventory verification.
• Maintain accurate item coding and material master data.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels in Focus X.
• Control material wastage, shortages, and excess stock.
• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and site departments through the ERP system.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit compliance in the software.
• Handle supplier and vendor-related inventory transactions.
• Monitor user access and approval controls for store operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updating of all store transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
