What You’ll Be Doing:

• Hiring, training, and developing an amazing team
• Coaching Shift Leads and helping them grow into stronger leaders
• Creating a positive, accountable, and fun culture
• Managing schedules, staffing, and daily operations
• Building relationships with customers and the community
• Driving sales through great service and strong leadership
• Keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently
