Store Manager

Main Purpose

Lead the Decathlon store to become the local reference for sport by balancing:

 People: build a motivated, happy, and skilled team.

 Planet: drive sustainable and eco-friendly practices.

 Profit: ensure healthy sales growth and profitability.

1. Business Project

o Design and implement a local omnichannel commercial strategy.

o Offer sustainable solutions (second-hand, rental, repair).

o Build partnerships and engage with the local community.

2. Customer Experience

o Grow sales and services across all channels.

o Guarantee customer satisfaction and safety.

o Optimize team schedules and store organization.

o Manage resources responsibly (waste, energy, transport).

3. Team & People Management

o Motivate, train, and develop teammates.

o Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

o Recruit and structure the team for future challenges (digital,

sustainability).
