Store Manager / Assistant store manager

Job Title: Store Manager – Beauty & Fashion Retail

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have strong store management experience, hands-on knowledge of makeup application, and proven experience managing Beauty Advisors and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure smooth business performance.
• Lead, coach, and supervise Beauty Advisors and sales associates.
• Provide guidance on makeup application techniques, beauty products, and customer consultations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a premium shopping experience.
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.
• Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve store performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion retail.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of makeup application, skincare, and beauty products.
• Experience managing and training Beauty Advisors.

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
