Store Manager - Electronics

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our electronics retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage and motivate sales staff to achieve targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues professionally
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager (electronics retail is must)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of electronic products (mobiles, accessories, home appliances, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
