The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Store Manager to lead one of our drive-thru locations. This isn’t a “sit in the office” management role — you’ll be working hip-to-hip with your baristas, leading from the window and the espresso machine. You’ll coach, train, and inspire your team while making sure every customer leaves happier than they arrived.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team, modeling the speed, precision, and hospitality that define our brand.
• Build and develop great people. Train and coach baristas for excellence — both in skill and in attitude.
• Drive performance. Manage operations, inventory, scheduling, and cash control while keeping the line moving and the vibes positive.
• Protect the standards. Uphold our commitment to quality, cleanliness, and service in every shift.
• Elevate the guest experience. Jump in during rushes, connect with customers, and set the tone for a fast, friendly, and fun environment.
  
  
  

Who You Are

• A spark plug — energetic, people-focused, and calm under pressure.
• Experienced in restaurant or drive-thru management (at least 1–2 years preferred).
• Hands-on and humble — willing to learn every part of the job, from barista to manager.
• Organized, reliable, and able to lead a small team with discipline and heart.
