Store Manager - Interior Design

This position is in-person at a retail location.

Additional job requirements include:

· Home furnishings, interior design or specialty retail experience preferred

· Demonstrated sales and financial acumen

· Experience in implementing sales strategies to maximize profitability

· A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to provide your own transportation for in home customer visits

Physical requirements:

· Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, and climb service ladders throughout their scheduled shift

· Must be able to lift and control merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.

Compensation:

Pay is based on factors including but not limited to experience, store volume and location. In addition to the base salary, managers have the opportunity to earn monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses.
