Store Manager (Ladies Fashion Retail)

A leading Ladies Fashion Retail Store in Doha, Qatar is seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic:

Store Manager (Male/Female)

Requirements:

- Arab nationality.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing ladies fashion or apparel retail stores in Qatar or GCC countries.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

- Experience in inventory control, stock management, and merchandising.

- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail management software.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to prepare sales reports and monitor store performance.

- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.

- Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store.

- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.

- Ensure exceptional customer service standards.

- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

- Monitor store presentation, visual merchandising, and product displays.

- Prepare periodic sales and performance reports.

- Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with luxury fashion brands or premium ladieswear retail.

- Strong understanding of GCC retail market trends and customer behavior.

- Ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff.

- Experience in social media engagement and customer relationship management.
