Store Manager - Retail

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Store Manager - Retail to oversee operations across multiple retail stores. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can train, motivate, and manage teams, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain consistent operational and brand standards across all locations.

This role requires regular store visits, staff development, and close coordination with management to drive sales performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations
• Train, coach, and develop store managers and sales staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand consistency
• Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and inventory performance
• Conduct store audits, performance reviews, and staff evaluations
• Implement company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Support staff onboarding and new store openings
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager / Area Manager
• Strong leadership, training, and people management skills
• Experience managing or supporting multiple stores
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Currently in Qatar (preferred)

Preferred (Optional)

• Experience in family-oriented or specialty retail
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management
• Experience opening or scaling retail operations
