Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager for our Oil & Gas operations based in Ahmedabad (Bareja). The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end stores management, ERP integration, compliance, and inventory optimization in a high-value industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage complete store operations including receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of oil & gas equipment (drilling rigs, compressors, pipelines, hazardous materials).

* Develop and implement SOPs for procurement, inventory control, hazardous material handling, returns, and disposal.

* Ensure alignment of store processes with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Supply Chain & Finance modules).

* Oversee ERP workflows, automation, stock reconciliation, accounting integration, and inventory valuation.

* Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, PESO, and Pollution Control norms.

* Implement inventory optimization strategies (JIT, forecasting models, RFID/Barcode integration).

* Conduct regular audits, stock verification, and cost control monitoring.

* Coordinate with procurement, finance, operations, and vendors.

* Lead and train store staff on ERP processes and safety standards.

Required Experience & Skills:

* 10–15 years of experience in Stores / Inventory Management within the Oil & Gas industry.

* Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (SCM & Finance integration).

* Experience handling refinery/gas plant/heavy equipment inventory.

* Knowledge of inventory accounting, GST reconciliation, and compliance.

* Strong analytical and team management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

* Dynamics 365 SCM

* PMP (PMI)

* Oil & Gas Safety Certification
