What You'll Do
  • Lead and inspire your team to create warm, welcoming, and meaningful customer experiences
  • Drive performance across the customer experience, store sales, and store presentation

  • Lead day-to-day operations including rostering, stock management and visual merchandising
  • Coach, develop, and grow your team through clear communication and meaningful feedback
  • Bring our brand, products and values to life in-store - every day
