Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with ANTA standards.

Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.

Manage inventory, including replenishment, stock counts, and loss control.

Handle staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance follow-up.

Monitor store KPIs and provide regular sales reports with improvement suggestions.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements.

Work closely with Country Manager to implement promotions and store initiatives.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.

3+ years as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager; sportswear/apparel/footwear experience preferred.

Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory, and POS systems.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and use KPIs to drive performance.

Good communication skills in English; organized, hands-on, and reliable.

Able to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
