Store Manager/Sales Manager

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for fashion, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and effect sales at the retail studio. You will be responsible for studio management, client dealing, handling trials and collaboration with the team to ensure the successful execution of designs.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage with customers, provide personalized assistance, and facilitate outfit trials to ensure satisfaction.

Sales Effectiveness: Utilize strong product knowledge and sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience.

Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and merchandising to optimize sales and minimize losses.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays and store layout to enhance the shopping experience.

Alterations Management: Coordinate alterations for customers as needed, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

After-Sale Service: Provide ongoing support to customers post-purchase, addressing any concerns and facilitating returns or exchanges.

Administrative Duties: Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting to ensure smooth store operations.

Marketing Support: Assist with promotional events and initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies,procedures, and safety standards.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
