Store Merchandising Manager

About the Role

Creations Boutique is looking for an experienced and inspired Store Merchandising Manager who will design a shopping experience that feels inspiring, unique, and entertaining. You’ll be the creative force that shapes how customers experience our brand from floor layouts to visual displays.

As a key business partner to the Store Manager, you’ll analyze performance trends, drive results, and set the standard for excellence in both presentation and service. You’ll combine creativity with business acumen to tell the Creations Boutique story through every display, rack, and window.

We’re looking for someone who’s a trend seeker, style influencer, hands-on problem solver, and strategic thinker. Someone who leads by example and brings our brand to life every day.

What You’ll Do

• Inspire the Customer Experience: Bring the brand to life through creative, trend-driven displays and visual storytelling.
• Manage Visual Standards: Ensure all merchandise is processed, styled, and placed in accordance with visual direction and company standards.
• Own the Back Room: Maintain backroom organization and ensure seamless flow of product from shipment to sales floor.
• Analyze & Act: Generate and interpret sales and merchandise reports to identify opportunities and develop impactful merchandising strategies.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with the Store Manager and team to ensure alignment on visual, operational, and customer service goals.
• Drive Results: Maximize store sales through strong business insight, exceptional visual presentation, and an unwavering focus on the customer.
• Lead the Team: Provide feedback, coaching, and training to help the team deliver excellent customer experiences and maintain visual excellence.
• Balance Creativity & Strategy: Combine data analysis with creativity to influence floor moves, trend presentations, and inventory flow.
• Build the Brand: Cultivate community relationships and brand partnerships that enhance the Creations Boutique presence and reputation.
• Support Operations: Assist with scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and daily store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Grow as a Leader: Continuously seek feedback, utilize company tools for personal development, and inspire others through your example.

What You Bring

• 1+ year of Store Merchandising Manager experience
• 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience
• A strong sense of fashion, design, and trend awareness
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze business metrics and translate them into action
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative
• Proven ability to drive sales through visual execution and customer engagement
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and start-up mentality
• Effective delegation and multitasking skills
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working a flexible schedule (including weekends and closing shifts)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
