Store Officer / Warehouse In-Charge

We are seeking a competent and experienced Store Officer / Warehouse In-Charge with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse and store operations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
• Supervise material receiving, inspection, tagging, and issuance.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with company procedures and audit requirements.
• Implement HSE standards and ensure safe warehouse practices.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts departments for smooth material flow.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in store/warehouse management within Oil & Gas projects (pipeline, refinery, construction, or EPC preferred).
