Store Operations Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Store Operations Assistant to manage daily backend operations for our label’s online store.

This role focuses on:

  • Stock tally & inventory tracking
  • Printing and organizing invoices
  • Processing and tracking customer orders
  • Coordinating dispatch logistics

This is a 4-hour per day, part-time role, ideal for someone organized, systematic, and comfortable working with digital tools.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management

  • Daily stock tally and reconciliation
  • Update inventory records in spreadsheet / ERP system
  • Maintain physical stock organization

Billing & Documentation

  • Generate and print customer invoices
  • Maintain daily billing records
  • File invoices systematically

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Process orders from website / Shopify / marketplace platforms
  • Prepare packing slips
  • Coordinate with courier partners
  • Handle order discrepancies or return logs

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Comfortable with billing software / Shopify / e-commerce dashboards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week

Work Location: In person
