Role & responsibilities
Will be mainly responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail pharmacy, including managing staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining customer satisfaction .
Key responsibilities
- Staff management: Lead, train, and mentor a team of pharmacists, cashiers, and other staff to ensure fast, accurate, and empathetic service.
- Customer service: Implement systems to reduce customer waiting times and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and supply chain: Maintain inventory accuracy, manage stock levels, minimize expired products, and oversee relationships with suppliers.
- Operations: Oversee daily activities, monitor performance against targets, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Strategy: Contribute to long-term goals and strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related business field is often required.
- Experience: Experience in pharmacy retail or healthcare supply chain, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Skills: Proven experience in retail pharmacy operations, inventory management, and customer service is crucial.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
