Store Operations Manager

Store Operations Managers are responsible for the cafe, working as a barista, the accountability of their team, and fulfillment of the company's purpose and mission.

Ideal candidate will have management, culinary, and hospitality skills and experience, attention to detail, and be self-driven and self-managed.Position is Full-time with total compensation package of $39,000 - $47,000 your first year. By year 3 you can expect $55,000 - $60,000 .

Previous barista experience is not necessary.
