Store Outward Assistant

Role Scope:

  • Manage and coordinate all store outward and dispatch activities.
  • Prepare and verify delivery notes, invoices, and dispatch documents.
  • Ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of materials.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
  • Maintain records of outgoing stock and update inventory systems.
  • Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies, if any.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards within the warehouse.
  • Assist in inventory checks and stock audits when required.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in store, warehouse, or outward operations.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and dispatch procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and general computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be an advantage.
