Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions
  • Prepare and analyze stoke reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role
  • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
