Role Overview

As a Sales Executive at Savera, you will be the first touchpoint of our brand experience. Your responsibility is to understand the client’s taste, guide them through our collections, and deliver a warm, confident and personalized interaction. You will help customers find jewellery that matches their lifestyle, occasions, and individuality—without pressure, without noise, just quiet confidence.

Qualifications

· Minimum 12th pass.

· 1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service (jewellery or luxury products preferred)

· Strong communication skills

· Warm, confident, and client-friendly personality

· Good grooming, warm presence, and authentic communication.

· Passion for jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle products.

· Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

· Welcome and engage customers with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.

· Understand client preferences, styling needs, and occasions to recommend suitable pieces.

· Explain jewellery features in simple, clear language—materials, craftsmanship, design intent, and care.

· Offer styling suggestions that align with Savera’s philosophy of understated elegance and everyday expression.

· Convert showroom walk-ins into purchases while building long-term client relationships.

· Maintain confidentiality and discretion with premium or frequent clients.

Product & Brand Knowledge

· Understand key jewellery attributes such as materials, purity, setting types, craftsmanship, and design language.

· Communicate Savera’s approach to mindful craft, collaboration with artisans, and emphasis on quality and individuality.

· Stay updated on product launches, seasonal collections, and evolving customer preferences.

Store Operations

· Support visual merchandising to reflect Savera’s minimalist and modern aesthetic.

· Handle product displays, stock checks, tagging, and safe jewellery handling.

· Ensure billing accuracy, clean store environment, and daily operational standards.

Sales Goals & Reporting

· Achieve monthly sales targets through client service, upselling, and repeat engagement.

· Maintain customer records, feedback, and post-purchase follow-ups.

· Share insights with management regarding customer trends, market patterns, and product demand.

Work Schedule

· 6-day working week.

· Weekend & festive season availability required.
