Store Supervisor

Knot Bakehouse is currently looking for energetic and service-driven Restaurant Supervisors to support the daily operations of our Al Ain branch.

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in café, coffee shop, bakery, pastry, or casual dining environments who can lead front-of-house operations while ensuring excellent guest experience and smooth team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the café and floor operations
• Lead and motivate service staff, baristas, and cashiers during shifts
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across the outlet
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bakery, and barista teams
• Support staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift organization
• Ensure proper handling of POS operations, cash handling, and order accuracy
• Assist in inventory monitoring, stock control, and minimizing wastage
• Ensure compliance with company standards and municipality regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or Team Leader within cafés, coffee shops, bakeries, or casual dining concepts
• Strong background in fast-paced hospitality operations
• Experience in specialty coffee, pastries, desserts, or brunch concepts is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Excellent English communication skills is a must
• Ability to work flexible shifts and manage busy operations
• UAE experience is preferred
• Candidates currently based in the UAE will be highly preferred

Preferred Background:

Candidates from specialty coffee brands, artisan bakeries, trendy cafés, or lifestyle dining concepts will be highly considered.
