Job Opportunity: Store Team Lead (On-Site)

Location: Mandi Bahauddin

A well-known housing scheme in Mandi Bahauddin is seeking a Store Team Lead to manage and coordinate all store operations and align activities with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the store team to ensure smooth on-site operations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with all company departments for seamless workflow.
• Manage inventory and procurement efficiently, ensuring timely processing of all items related to construction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize Odoo or other ERP software for inventory, reporting, and data management.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting to management.
• Implement effective inventory storage and management practices.

Requirements:

• Qualification: MBA in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in inventory/store management, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Proven experience in inventory management and store operations.
• Expertise in inventory storage and management systems.
• Experience in managing construction-related items and processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP software (Odoo preferred).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Residents of Mandi Bahauddin will be preferred.

Working Hours:

• 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (On-site)
