Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Store Team Member to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while handling sales, food and beverage service, and retail operations. If you enjoy engaging with people, managing multiple tasks, and working in a lively setting, this position is perfect for you. Previous experience with POS systems like Aloha or Micros, as well as barista or coffee experience, is a plus!

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha or Micros to process sales accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café or retail space, following food safety protocols.
• Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks in accordance with safety regulations.
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, café work, or retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.

Pay: $17.75 - $18.75 per hour
